The Board has representation from all member companies and is the primary decision-making body for ETC. Acting on the recommendations of working groups and on its own initiative, it establishes objectives, policies, and plans of action. The fee is prorated calculated from the month your company executes the Membership Agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aaca0f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aaca0f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Membership Fee<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0b5029 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0b5029\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Members of ETC pay an annual fee of $25,000 USD to cover the operating costs of the consortium.\u00a0 The Membership Fee is set by the ETC Board of Directors.\u00a0 In addition, members contribute a minimum of $30,000 USD annually towards their company\u2019s Project Fee. The Project Fee is managed by the member\u2019s Board of Directors representatives for the purpose of funding their share of projects executed by ETC.
