I’m 57 years young and can help you reach your fitness goals at any age! We will institute a lifestyle change of habits to avoid the common rollercoaster of going hard and falling off and repeat.  This cycle only affords you a feeling of frustration and failure. We will set achievable milestones so that you don’t get discouraged.

I believe that motivation is not something that spontaneously comes upon you. We generate motivation when even the smallest steps are taken towards something we want to accomplish, and it builds exponentially from there ~
